Mechanical and Electrical services design and drafting

We have a team of mechanical and electrical engineers expert in building services design, our professional engineers team will help find a DTS or performance solution for your residential and commercial buildings. Our team are expert in all range of buildings from small residential to high rise commercial buildings, being responsive and provide high quality services to our client is our goal. All our designs are provided with certification and NSW registration for Class 2 building classification.

Mechanical services includes: Heating , cooling and ventilation systems in accordance with AS1668, Commercial air conditioning, residential air conditioning, heat load calculation and PMV modelling of the building. Carpark ventilation design and compliance with NCC, Smoke exhaust and stair pressurisation design and documentation.

Electrical Services includes: High and low level voltage design, max demand calculation, power design to the building, lighting and smoke detection design and dry fire services design and documentation.

Our drafting team also provide fully coordinated CAD or 3D models for your buildings, our professional drafters are expert in the shop drafting and plant room modelling for your projects.
